We believe in the Word of God.
(1 John 1, Genesis 1:1)
We believe that there is one God who is eternal, omnipresent, and omnipotent; who exists in three persons: Almighty God the Father; His Son, Jesus Christ, who died on the cross for our sins and rose again; and the Holy Spirit that lives and dwells within each and every born again believer.
We believe that a personal relationship with Jesus Christ is necessary for salvation.
We believe that anyone who speaks the truth that Jesus is Lord and believes in their heart that God raised Him from the dead is saved, and that as a result of that confession God abides (remains, continues, stays) in them and they abide in God.
(Romans 10:9, 1 John 4:15-17)
We believe that God sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to save us – and through His sacrifice we are saved by His gift of righteousness. We have been healed, we are “not guilty” and “not condemned,” we have been justified and redeemed. The judgement was placed on Christ, He took the punishment for our sins and gave us His life so that we could live in freedom.
(Colossians 2:14, Romans 8:1)
We believe that we are saved by grace (God’s unmerited favor), and not by any works of our own, and that God has given us life with Jesus.
(Ephesians 2:4-8, John 10:10)
We believe that God loves us with an everlasting, unconditional love, that He accepts us as we are, calls us His beloved, and that nothing in either the physical or spiritual realms can separate us from His love.
(Ephesians 1:6, John 3:16)
We believe that we are complete in Him. Because we abide in Him, and He abides in us, He is our Prince of Peace and we are no longer separated from Him.
(2 Corinthians 5:17-21, Ephesians 1:3-4, Colossians 2:10-12, Ephesians 2:13-14)
We believe that we are new creations in Christ Jesus, that all of our sins have already been forgiven, and that we now live by His faith.
(2 Corinthians 5:17-21, Galatians 2:20, Hebrews 10:14, 1 Corinthians 6:11, Revelation 1:5)
We believe that we are blessed, blessed blessed! We don’t have to worry or be anxious. He hears our prayers, He is our help in times of trouble, He strengthens us, He is our righteousness, He secures our future, and all things work for our good in Him.
(Ephesians 1:3-5, Philipians 4:7, Isaiah 41:10, Romans 8:28, Ephesians 1:12-14)
We believe that through Jesus Christ, you are a child of God and belong to His family.
(John 1:12, Ephesians 3:14-21, 2 Corinthians 6:1-2)
